Dr. Muhammad Masud earned his PhD from Australia. His PhD research was on cyber-physical power system monitoring and access control systems. Dr. Masud's current research interests include the application of artificial intelligence techniques for knowledge representation and decision support and cyber-physical system education. Specifically, physics-informed machine learning algorithm for digital twin and cyber-physical systems applications such as 3D-digital printing, healthcare, and microgrids. He has more than hundred publications in refereed journals and conference proceedings. Dr. Masud has taught some key courses in artificial intelligence, database management systems, cyber security, computational methods, and computer simulation. He has supervised undergraduate and graduate research in a variety of areas such as wireless sensor networks, Internet of Medical Things, and signal processing.
